This machine works parts of different dimensions including products as small as 50x50mm and has a maximum width of 1500mm. (or anything we can fit on our lasers)
DM1600C has a station with double cross belts for edge rounding, leaving clean, soft and burr-free edges on the complete parts.

* Two cross belts mounted with abrasive blocks run in opposite directions, for edge rounding on the complete area of the part.

* Can edge round parts with Fibre Film or PE, keeping the original finish intact and only rounding the edges.

* Excellent work on small parts down to 50mm x 50mm.

* Different belts for different materials ensuring no cross contamination.

* Great on parts up to 1500mm wide.
