After 30 years of end forming complex shapes for exhausts, we have a massive range of dies to suit several machines. Using the Trumpf rotolas, we can cut tube ends for a wide variety of industries too.
Our Ercolina ER50 roll forming machine with hydraulic adjustment and digital readout is fast and efficient. We roll using dies up to 76 mm OD round and have spacers for square, U channel and RHS.
We can mandrel bend and roll the same tube too using our CSM80 in Christchurch and CSM100 in Auckland.
