What if the product I want is Out of Stock?

We manufacture product daily as well as receive product from our Global Partners on a regular Basis.
If you would like to know when a Product will be available please Contact Us
We can also place on Back Order for you. We require a 50% deposit when you place the order.

When will my order be shipped?

We endeavour to ship your order within 4 hours. We will email you tracking details once the order is packed and ready to be collected

When can i pick up my Click and Collect Order?

What if my order is coming from another branch?

We pack and ship stock between branches on a Friday, They normally arrive the following Tuesday.We will email you once your order is ready to be collected

I can find a Product in your catalogue but I can't find it in the shop?

I am looking at your Mandrel Bends - What is CLR?

CLR is "Centre Line Radius" it is the radius that the bend is bent to. A 76mm CLR is the distance from the centre of the circle to the centre of the tube. For a U Bend or 180 degree bend the CLR x 2 is the distance between the centre of each leg.
